Description of the EWWR action:
Campaign of environmental awareness in matter of food waste in supermarkets of Aragón region www.aragon.es/menosdesperdiciosalimentarios Campaign called: "Organize, organizing... less food waste we are generating" in chains of hypermarkets / supermarkets of Aragon region. The campaign will offer information and advice to the consumers in a playful manner on how to avoid food waste, in one hand at home (menu planning, adequate storage, recipes with leftovers ... etc.) and on the other hand on the purchasing food process. In addition, the option of completing a survey of household habits will be given, so that at the end of each session a prize will be raffled (goods to prevent waste such as glass food containers, pasta meters, weekly menu planners, etc.) . Several information materials are also given to participants. Campaña de sensibilización ambiental (17 a 20hr, en Carrefour Actur) en materia de Desperdicio Alimentario en los Hogares de Aragón denominada: "Organiza, organizando, menos desperdicios alimentarios estamos generando" que se realizará entre el 14 de septiembre y el 24 de noviembre en cadenas de hipermercados/supermercados de Aragón (colaboran las cadenas Alcampo, Carrefour, DIA, Eroski, LIDL, Grupo IFA, Mercado Central de Zaragoza, Supermercados Orangután). La campaña ofrece de manera lúdica información y consejos al consumidor sobre cómo evitar el desperdicio de alimentos, tanto en los hogares (planificación de menús, almacenamiento adecuado, recetas con sobras… etc.) como en el proceso de compra de los productos.
